. . . Sandmoor has five well equipped, spacious and comfortably furnished character apartments in a perfect location close to the beach and all the amenities that Paignton has to offer. We have 3 Star Vist England Tourist rating.

Our apartments are fully self-contained with some having the benefit of sea views. Each apartment is equipped with full size cookers, fridges, microwaves, toasters and with Freeview TVs.

Each apartment has its own shower and toilet. We have our own car park at the rear of the property with allocated space per apartment and security lighting. There is a Pay phone on site.

Children are very welcome and will enjoy the safe beaches and extensive greens only a few hundred yards away.

Accessibility Statement
Sandmoor Holiday Apartments are on three floors. We are not suitable for wheel-chair bound persons. We have a level gravel car park at the rear of the building showing allocated car park space for each apartment.

There are four steps to the front door.

We have one ground floor apartment, No 2, which consists of one bedroom, kitchen, lounge, shower, toilet, & washroom.

Stairs to first floor apartments 3 & 4, which are 2 foot 9 inches wide and have handrails both sides. Stairs to apartment 5 also has rails both sides.

The Proprietors live on the premises.

Any problems our guests may have, we are here to help. Also our business cards are given to our guests. If we are out we can be reached.

Sandmoor has a fire alarm system and emergency lighting through out the building. There are also security lights on the drive and car park.
